Incorrect, damaged or defective items should be reported promptly after delivery. Items must normally be unused and returned with their original packaging unless defective.

Please verify the device model before ordering. Returns caused by an incorrectly selected model may require the customer to pay return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through the agreed payment method after inspection or other confirmation. Original and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
